Refund Policy

Cancellation timeframe: Up to 4 hours before delivery is scheduled to be made.


Cancellation fees: Full refund will be issued if order is cancelled within 4 hours before scheduled delivery, otherwise a $10 fee will be charged.


Refund process: Refunds will be processed as soon as they are requested if a cancellation happens. Refunds can take 1-5 business days to process fully. ALL deliveries are final, any returns will need a separate booking.


Exceptions: In the extremely rare instance I have to cancel a job last minute, you will be issued a full refund and a I will do my best to find a reputable replacement driver to get you taken care of.
